The latest addition to #TeamSpaceVac this week is Arcus Facilities Management who first approached SpaceVac with a gutter cleaning requirement. The company maintains a diverse portfolio of property all over the UK – including one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains – but all with a common issue; blocked guttering and downpipes out on the outside of the building.

While not only causing structural and health issues for the building and its occupants, these blockages require cleaning and traditional methods often require expensive and time consuming access equipment like scaffolding or cherry pickers.
