Meet the Dealer – Cotraco
This week on the blog, we pick back up our series of interviews with our dealer network to find out what attracted them to SpaceVac as a product and to find a little more about them as a company.
This time out, we caught up with Joachim – CEO of our new German / Austrian distributor – Cotraco…
What’s the name of your company?
Cotraco e.K. (that means something like registered merchant), Cotraco stands for “corporate trading concept” and that is what we intend to do with SpaceVac and the dealer network in Germany and Austria
Where are you based?
We are based in Bavaria, about 80 km north of Munich
How many people work with / for you?
The Cotraco Team exists actually of 12 people. We have been working more than 30 years for a world leading company in cleaning equipment.
When did you first come across SpaceVac?
I saw SpaceVac a number of years ago at the Interclean Show in Amsterdam. WhenTommie, CEO of SpaceVac, called me at the beginning of 2019, it took us a mere matter of seconds to be part of the worldwide SpaceVac-Team!
What excited you most about the system?
It is the simplicity to bring a real benefit and convincing solution to our customers. And of course the USP of all SpaceVac Kits – the safety side of the system!
What do your customers like most about SpaceVac?
That we are really engaged to bring a better and economical solution to the customers issues. That we have special solutions to different applications easy to handle. SpaceVac solves some very universal problems for our clients…
What’s the first thing you tell people about SpaceVac when describing the system?
SpaceVac is a very simple, intuitive system but a really helpful solution to clean areas you otherwise don’t clean over years or with immense resources being required
What kind of buildings and areas do you find SpaceVac most effective at cleaning?
I would say, SpaceVac is a system for everybody who has rooms more than 4 meters of height. It becomes relevant the more dust is produced at the ground, the more requirement exist for healthiness and safeness.
Anything else?
Yes. SpaceVac is a convincing product, but the team who stands for it, is convincing in the same way. That is the basis for satisfied customers. We are very excited to be part of Team SpaceVac moving forward!
