Higher. Safer. Faster… Busier!!

Well Team SpaceVac enjoyed a well earned breather this weekend after a hectic week of activity last week that saw the team all over the country spreading the word on our high-level cleaning system.

Firstly we had the great pleasure of exhibiting alongside our partners at Rawlings (who among other things carry a very innovative line of escalator cleaning machines which might be of interest!) at this years Facilities Show at Londons Excel. The show is always one of the biggest events in the calendar (with this years event taking up five complete halls!) and so we had a very busy few days with lots of visitors to the stand checking out our high-level cleaning poles and also getting to grips with our brand new line of Carbon cleaning heads (more of which to come on the blog in a week or twos time!).

While all of that was taking place, our demonstrations Manager Grant has been all over the country delivering the first part of a major nationwide rollout to a very familiar supermarket chain! The rollout is a huge opportunity for SpaceVac and the team have really enjoyed working with the teams onsite across the country to get their cleaning teams working with SpaceVac very quickly. We will be posting a more complete blog on this particular project in a couple of weeks time so please check back for further details.

And finally on Thursday – as news broke of our new partnership with FM giants Mitie – which sees SpaceVac powering a new pest control business within the group – our Sales Director Bill was in London at the historic RSA for the Innovation Gateways annual Pitch Day event. The event sees innovative products and companies matched up with interested companies and we had a fantastic afternoon meeting many new faces from across a wide range of sectors – from retail to huge international airports.

All in all, with plans taking shape for our upcoming foray into the US market, its a very exciting time for the team at SpaceVac right now and we look forward to sharing many more updates on our adventures with you in the coming months.
