- How high does the internal system clean? The internal system has a maximum reach of up to 12m from the ground floor depending on training and experience.
- What are the poles made from? The Internal system features 38mm diameter poles made from a lightweight but durable carbon fibre.
- How do the poles fit together? The poles, heads and brushes that make up the internal cleaning system all feature our unique safety locking mechanism to keep the parts of the system together during operation

- Where can the system be used? The system is ideal for use in any building with inaccessible high-level areas including (although not limited to!) cinemas, theatres, shopping centres, schools, colleges, factories, warehouses, airports and many more
- Does the system include a camera? Yes - the SpaceVac Internal system includes a wireless camera and monitoring system as standard.
- Will the system work with my existing vacuum? Yes the system can be used with most vacs with a 50mm inlet.
- Can the system remove water from height? Yes we offer a number of specialist tools as add-ons for the system that can be used to remove water and condensation when used in conjunction with an appropriate wet/dry vacuum
- Can I use SpaceVac to remove water? Yes - providing you are using a correctly rated vacuum cleaner, the system has a number of accessories accessible for the removal of water and condensation.
- How high does the external system clean? The external system has a maximum reach of 16m from the ground floor depending on training and experience.
- What are the poles made from? The system features 50mm diameter poles made from a lightweight but durable carbon fibre.
- Can I use the external system inside? Yes, SpaceVac offers a conversion kit that allows our external system to make use of the full range of brushes and tools in our internal cleaning system for cleaning inside of buildings as well as outside!

- Where can the system be used? The system is for use clearing blocked guttering and downpipes as well as cleaning the exterior hopper as able to be cleaned.

- Will the system work with my existing vacuum? Yes the system can be used with most appropriate wet / dry rated 50mm vacs.

- Where can the system be used? The system is developed for use in specialist explosive atmospheres where explosive dust builds up in confined spaces.
- How is the system safe for use in these areas? The system can be used in these specialist explosive atmospheres due to its certified spark free operation that ensures no static build up and no source of ignition when cleaning these explosive atmospheres
- Does the system include a camera? No - for use in ATEX areas, a specialist ATEX certified camera is required and not included as standard
- Will the system work with my existing vacuum? Yes providing the system is an appropriately rated ATEX vacuum.
- Can SpaceVac work with my existing vacuum cleaner? Yes - our cleaning poles and tools are designed to attach to any vac with a standard 38mm or 50mm inlet - depending on the system being used.
- When was SpaceVac developed? SpaceVac was invented over a decade ago and has been refined and developed over time to become the world's leading high-level cleaning system.
