At UCC Coffee’s major UK roasting facility, dust generated during bean processing accumulated across silos, mezzanines, and warehouse rafters. Traditional cleaning methods relied on cherry pickers and in-house staff, taking a week to clean just the roasting area and causing operational disruption. This inefficient, costly process posed a serious safety risk and created regular downtime onsite.
