SpaceVac in Scotland
This week on the blog, our Sales Manager Grant Phillips gives us an update on a busy week for the team North of the Border supporting our new Scottish distributor – JLC.
“As I’ve written before on the blog here, partnership working in crucial to everything that we do here at SpaceVac. This focus on our network of importers, partners, manufacturers reps and distributors around the world means our products are now available in nearly 50 countries around the world.
That growing network has kept me extremely busy the last few years as our team have travelled everywhere from Spain to Brazil to Japan and many other places in between to help support our team worldwide and give them the best possible support in selling SpaceVac.
While the Covid situation has limited the opportunities for travel this year, I was very excited to spend this week in Scotland with our Operations Manager Rob Kruck, for a very busy week supporting oue new Scottish distributor JLC who will now be representing us in Scotland.
The week was part on the onboarding process we go through with all of our new dealers where we spend time with all of their staff, teaching them everything they need to know about our high-level cleaning systems, answering all of their questions and crucially – supporting them on their first set of demonstrations to help equip our new colleagues with all of the skills and knowledge they need to make their new relationship with SpaceVac as productive as possible.
This week we had the pleasure of dealing with a very motivated and energetic team at JLC and they kept us busy with a range of demonstrations that gave us the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the full capabilities of our range. From gutter cleaning at Queen of the South football club, to internal and ATEX cleaning at a range of facilities – from colleges, to offices and even a stunning church building – the week was the perfect start to our new relationship with the team at JLC and we are very excited to be working together moving forward.
