Latest Update re Covid-19 from SpaceVac

20/05/2020 About SpaceVac 0

The team at SpaceVac International are continuing to monitor the latest advice from Government related to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

As noted, until this point our unit has been closed to visitors and staff and all staff – were not furloughed – have been working from home and where required – carrying out cleans and deliveries etc in a socially distant manner. As the situation continues to develop, our working practises continuing to evolve to ensure the ongoing health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, visitors and communities.

  • As of May 15th 2020, the SpaceVac Headquarters will remain closed to outside visitors
  • The office/workshop unit is being opened up on a phased return basis – with only staff whose roles cannot be carried out from home allowed into the building.
  • We have also implemented a number of new steps throughout our facility including the installation of new partition dividers, hand wash stations and other measures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at every possible stage.
In addition, all staff who can continue to work from home are continuing to do so.
  • Demonstrations and deliveries continue to be available – where we can be confident that a safe and socially distant environment is possible on site. Please talk to our team to discuss your requirements in this regard

Management will continue to monitor the situation and the prevailing advice from Government before introducing any further changes to this ongoing protocol.
