An Incoming Missive from Dubai…
Our Demonstrations Manager Grant dropped us a short note with an update from their trip to the Middle East…
Well after a busy few days in Dubai we are off to the airport shortly for the short flight to Dohar for the next leg of our Middle Eastern adventure!
These on-boarding weeks are really crucial to us as we ramp up our operations worldwide as they are often the first ever demos of SpaceVac in these countries, but also our first opportunity to work with the team on the ground who will be responsible for representing SpaceVac around the world.
The format for these weeks sometimes varies depending on the exact requirement of the team on the ground but this week has been especially intensive – not least for contending with 40 degree heat!
The week always begins with some training for the team on the ground. Its crucial that they understand the in’s and outs of each system and how to maximise the potential of SpaceVac before we head to any demos.
From there, once we have delivered this training, we will then work with the team on the ground to deliver the first few days of demos, to ensure the team are fully prepped and trained on how to deliver the perfect SpaceVac demo.
This week has been really interesting as we have had the opportunity to demonstrate the capabilities of our high-level cleaning system in cinemas, theatres, theme parks and lots of other spaces to really show off the versatility of the system.
From here we head to Dohar for the next leg of this trip, carrying out the same training program with the team on the ground there before we head to Singapore on Sunday for the last leg of this particular trip.
