Dusts arising from the manufacture of paper and tissue products was settling in high level areas requiring the use of large cleaning teams and dangerous lift platforms to close down entire production areas and carefully work through on the lift platform to remove the dust.
Inaccessible, high-level posed a potential risk to the workers at this paper and tissue manufacturing facility.
