RPC’s facility in Rushden required regular high-level cleaning to remove dust generated during plastic manufacturing – a critical safety issue due to the fire risk. Previous cleaning methods relied on large cleaning teams and the hire of hydraulic platforms every time the facility was cleaned. This was not only expensive but also highly disruptive to onsite operations due to the long downtime.
Manufacturing process created constant combustible dust build-up; traditional cleaning methods were costly, labour-intensive, and required expensive access equipment.

This eliminated the need for platforms, cut downtime, and reduced costs by thousands of pounds, every clean.
