Theatres operated by Delfont Mackintosh presented complex cleaning challenges. Dust accumulated in decorative ceilings, lighting rigs, and balconies yet fixed seating and narrow access points made bringing in lifts or scaffolding impossible. With no viable traditional solution, high-level areas remained difficult to maintain, threatening both presentation standards and the comfort and safety of guests and staff.
